BLOG

I will be the first one to admit that in the past, I have failed miserably at keeping a blog going. I am not the type of person that feels like I have to share everything and I often squirm with embarrassment when I prepare something, only to delete it, believing mainly that no one will be interested.

However, I have learned whilst training and since qualifying, that the worlds of Bowen, therapy in general and Equestrian – especially Equestrian, are populated not only with lots of people with opinions, but also lots of people asking questions and wanting to learn and good blogs can be really useful.

I personally am now addicted to study and cannot read enough books about horses, whether that’s learning about biomechanics, foot balance and anatomy, or equine assisted learning, mindfulness and better ways of communicating with them.

Whilst we all might come across the same information, theories, practices, processes and recommendations, I suppose what makes it interesting, ever changing and therefore, worth discussing, is how we all individually experience, learn from and adapt that information.
I hope my posts reflect that thought!
